Overview
In 2024, the PCS Team partnered with ARRAY Technologies to determine the feasibility of expanding and streamlining their solar tracker manufacturing process for their new manufacturing facility. This analysis supported ARRAY’s strategic initiative of increased vertical integration while generating cost saving measures.
