Paul brings over 30 years of engineering and leadership experience in industrial manufacturing (plastics, chemical, cement) and commercial sectors. He has held key leadership roles where his results-driven, value-focused project management approach—emphasizing customer satisfaction, cost control, efficiency, and performance—has consistently delivered successful outcomes and long-standing client relationships.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds both the PMI-RMP (Project Risk Management) certification and a Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ.
