In 2016, PCS supported Buzzi Unicem on a $375M international project, developing a comprehensive Master Schedule, coordinating stakeholders, designing processes, and reporting project status. Our efforts focused on contractor integration, critical path identification, and ensuring scope alignment with the SOW.

1. Master Schedule Development:
- Developed and integrated a detailed Master Schedule to define all project tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Ensured the schedule accounted for critical areas, integration points, and critical paths. Execution identified task priorities and defined contract integration dates.
2. Stakeholder Engagement Facilitation:
- Organized and facilitated stakeholder engagement meetings, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across all project teams.
- Maintained clear communication between technical teams, management, and executive stakeholders to drive project clarity
3. Executive Reporting:
- Provided weekly reporting to executive stakeholders, delivering insights on progress, critical path tasks, and potential risks
- Enabled data-driven decision-making through consistent updates and performance metrics.
4. Project Direction and Task Prioritization:
- Defined critical path task/dates, integration points, and key task deadlines. Efforts provide opportunities to identify and mitigate risk early.
