Overview
In 2017, PCS led the project management and direction for the relocation of six National Carwash Solutions facilities to new locations across the U.S. The project was a complex and large-scale undertaking that required meticulous planning, coordination, and execution to ensure minimal disruption to operations while relocating plant assets.
